We are looking to recruit an ambitious and dynamic individual to join our Cloud Support Operations Team in First Line support. This department is busy, self-motivated and central as the first contact for our customers, business development staff and 3rd party suppliers. The successful candidate will be hardworking, a team player, methodical and have a professional manner. They must be able to multi task and have a positive “can do” attitude. Full training will be provided on the software that we deliver to our customer base.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Be the 1st level point of contact for our customers when they log a fault via the phone or email.
  • Work within strict SLA’s to provide our customers with a timely resolution.
  • Liaise with different departments to resolve issues in an effective manner.
  • Document fixes and knowledge share/mentor junior team members.
  • Provide support and perform remote installations.
  • Setup configurations for new installations.
  • Proactive Monitoring of MetaCompliance Azure Platform
  • Proactive Monitoring of MetaCompliance network and security infrastructure
  • Administration and Reporting on MetaCompliance IP phone system
  • Keen interest in Microsoft Azure Technologies

Essential Criteria

  • HND level qualification or equivalent in IT related field or 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and the willingness to enhance this.
  • Understanding of ITIL practices and IT Governance
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server Technologies.
  • Must have an appetite to grow their skill set within IT.
  • Have strong communication skills written and verbal.
  • Have the ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Have flexibility in working hours.
  • Is self-assured, confident and has strong organizational skills
  • Have an ability to work under pressure, is hardworking and enthusiastic.
  • Must be an EU citizen or possess a current UK Tier 2 visa and eligible to take up full time, permanent employment
