Working as part of the team based in our global headquarters in Craigavon, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to assess new requests against available capacity.

The Role

Working as part of the team based in our global headquarters in Craigavon, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to assess new requests against available capacity.  They will explore alternatives and propose solutions to enable the most efficient use of capacity and the best possible timelines to be offered to clients.

Essential Criteria

  • Third level qualification in a Life Sciences, IT, Business or Engineering discipline OR Significant experience in similar role may be considered in lieu of academic requirements
  • Previous experience of data analysis and report writing

 
Desirable Criteria
(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

  • Previous experience within a planning/scheduling role
  • Previous experience of using formal scheduling tools along with previous experience of operating a computerised inventory system
  • Experience of coordinating meetings and workshops with team members from across the business
