We are looking for a Civil Engineering Technician to join our Belfast Team working on both Civil and Structural Engineering projects in the Port and Harbours sector.

About the Role
We are looking for a Civil Engineering Technician to join our Belfast Team working on both Civil and Structural Engineering projects in the Port and Harbours sector. You will be preparing engineering drawings and assisting Engineers in the preparation of technical documentation. This integral role will provide the suitable candidate with the opportunity to progress and have full visibility of the end to end project life cycle.
Ideally you will have HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent and experience gained working in an engineering consultancy compiling technical design submissions for both technical approval and construction. As well as a sound knowledge of AutoCAD and similar packages it would be advantageous if you had experience of Civils 3D and/or Revit. Suitable candidates will also be able to prepare detailed drawings. Excellent communication skills are essential along with good attention to detail and a willingness to collaborate within a team. The ability to problem solve and think independently is preferred.
