About This Role

The Subscription Operations Specialist Role at Shopkeep plays a crucial role in onboarding new ShopKeep merchants. Day to day functions include processing boarding cases, supporting the Customer Care, Billing, and Operations teams. We are a start-up with a high-growth rate and want a teammate that will go the extra mile to ensure the work gets done.  Attention to detail and pride in one’s work are critical attributes of a successful candidate, since accuracy and timeliness in boarding are critical to ShopKeep merchant success. 

This is a full time position, working Monday through Friday, with a start time of 7:30am. Ideal candidates will be able to accommodate schedule fluctuations based on business and operational needs.

What You Will Do

You will:

  • 3rd Party Payment Processing Boarding:
  • Boarding ShopKeep merchants for 3rd party payment processing
  • Work with ISO partners to troubleshoot issues and improve processes and communications around onboarding and maintenance of ISO accounts
  • Provide support for internal SK teams around third party payments boarding
  • Work with ShopKeep and Gateway Partners to troubleshoot issues
  • Feature Boarding and Entitlement for Partner Programs:
  • Board additional features to partner platforms
  • Work with ShopKeep Partners to troubleshoot boarding issues and improve processes and communications
  • Support internal ShopKeep teams around all aspects of feature boarding and billing

General Operations support:

  • Support the Operations team with new feature and process launches
  • Act as a partner to the overall ShopKeep team in matters of Billing, Onboarding and Processing
  • The Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • Strong attention to detail, while managing several projects
  • Prior experience in data entry in a high-volume, high paced department
  • The ability to effectively manage his/her time while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional level written and verbal communication skills
  • Top problem-solving skills and patience
  • Prior experience in the SaaS or Payments industries (not required)                
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule based on seasonality of the business
