Corick House Hotel & Spa is an awarding winning hotel and spa and has 43 individually designed guest rooms and suites, a luxury spa and gym, an award-winning wedding venue, professional conferencing facilities and excellent dining. Set in magnificent grounds in Co Tyrone, Northern Ireland we are seeking to recruit to the following positions.

BANQUETING AND FUNCTIONS MANAGER

Job Reference BCM 07/19

Permanent. Full time hours 40 per week.

Salary up to £24,000 depending on experience.

Reporting to the Operations Manager the postholder will be responsible for the management and coordination for the delivery of all food and beverage for functions held in the hotel and all details relating to such functions and in keeping with the standards required by the hotel.

ASSISTANT BANQUETING AND FUNCTIONS MANAGER

Salary up to £20,000 depending on experience.

Reporting to the Banqueting and Functions Manager the postholder will assist in the management and coordination of the delivery of all food and beverage for functions held in the hotel and all details relating to such functions and in keeping with the standards required by the hotel.
