Job responsibilities

All aspects of administration including booking jobs on system, invoicing, filing, general paperwork, answering phones, updating systems

Essential Criteria:

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Knowledge of  office IT software including MS Outlook, Word and Excel, will also be required to learn numerous in house systems.
