The Role

You will join a high paced sales undertaking the management and accountability for all admin for the network sales team. Play a pivotal role within the team, you will be able to cope well under pressure, meet deadlines, and be comfortable managing timeframes and communicating across all levels of the business.

 

Responsibilities

  • Management and accountability for all admin relating to b4b network sales team specifically the organisation of customer applications for government funding vouchers
  • Assist sales team with voucher applications
  • Manage the DCMS Portal
  • Update the portal daily with information provided by the sales team
  • Create daily reports for the sales team regarding status changes to voucher applications
  • Regularly update the network support team regarding pending installations
  • Create mailers via Mailchimp to keep customers updated on the progress of their scheme
  • Set up and maintain customer profiles on CRM’s
  • File and archive field service applications
  • Produce service agreements for customer e signature
  • Create sales invoices on SAGE
  • Reconcile grant payments
  • Create adhoc reports for the team and senior management

Experience

  • Two years’ experience in an admin support role
  • Familiar in the use of Sage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
  • Experience working within a busy environment with shared responsibilities
  • Clear communication skills
  • Knowledge of telecoms would be desirable
