Accounts Assistant

McBride’s Head Office, Omagh

McBride Retail require a passionate, target driven Accounts Assistant, Full Time, Monday to Friday (with flexible working hours), to aid the Office Manager in the completion of quarterly VAT returns, monthly reconciliations and the general daily duties incorporated in an office environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data input into SAGE accounts
  • Monthly bank reconciliations for all stores within the McBride Group
  • Weekly/ Monthly cash reconciliations for all stores within McBride Group
  • Monthly reconciliations of
  • Supplier Payments
  • Extensive use of Microsoft Office packages (in particular Excel,
  • Word, Outlook)
  • Weekly reporting to the General Manager of targets
  • Providing cover to Process weekly/monthly wages using Sage Payroll, processing payments to all staff via BACS & all necessary Payroll activity to include Pension Assessment & completion of all appropriate returns to HMRC
  • All other duties as required in a busy office environment to include filing, shredding, printing, scanning & photocopying.
