POST TITLE:  Technical Consultant – Beverages

DURATION: One Year

HOURS:24 Hours Per Week

LOCATION:  Strand Road Campus

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Applicants must have at least:

Essential

1 a relevant* Level 6 qualification;

and

2 two years’ employment experience working in the area of beverages and drinks product development within the food and drink sector;

and

3 a current driving licence and access to a car (applicants with a disability who have been prevented from obtaining a driving licence due to their disability (as defined by the DDA 1995) are eligible to apply).

Desirable

4 one year’s employment experience supporting businesses with beverage recipe development or new product development.

*relevant defined as Food Technology, Food Science, Culinary Arts or a

Beverage/Drinks related discipline.
