Excellent opportunity for a Deputy Safeguarding Officer within North West Regional College based in their Strand Road Campus.

POST TITLE: Deputy Safeguarding Officer

LOCATION: Strand Road Campus

Applicants must have at least:


  • a Level 5 qualification in any discipline;


  • one year’s relevant* experience;


  • a current driving licence and access to a car (applicants with a disability (as defined in the Disability Discrimination Act 1995) who have been prevented from obtaining a driving licence due to their disability are eligible to apply)).

*relevant defined as experience working with Children and Young People in a support role.


  • successfully completed Safeguarding Training for Designated Officers (within the last three years).
