As a sales administrator you will be working as part of a highly motivated dealership team alongside an experienced sales support team. The successful candidate will be required to provide administration support to the Management and Sales team, ensuring the administration of all vehicles and related activities are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.

Role Summary:

New & Used Vehicle administration:

  • Create vehicle and customer records
  • Administration tasks surrounding the Ordering, Processing and delivering of a Vehicle
  • Facilitating the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history
  • Complete accurate, timely and efficient administration tasks within operating policies
  • Ensure each customer vehicle order meets the specified requirements
  • Vehicle Stock reporting
  • Updating registration spreadsheets
  • Checking Deal files to ensure all paperwork is correct
  • Filing documents logically for ease of retrieval and audit purposes
  • Dealing with phone-call queries
  • Other adhoc and general administrative duties as required

Person Specification:

  • A minimum 1 year experience working in administration within a Sales environment is essential
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to plan workload effectively and to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates close attention to detail
  • High standard of computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel, etc)
  • Be professionally presented, hardworking and friendly;
  • It would be desirable if the candidate had a working knowledge of Kerridge system.
  • Previous experience of the motor industry or a related industry is desirable;
