The Role:

You will be responsible for providing a professional recruitment service to all Concentrix clients and work in partnership with internal/external stakeholders to provide specialist advice and solutions that support the delivery of the business objectives.

This role is working in an extremely fast paced environment. The right person will be passionate about a career in recruitment, working within an established in-house recruitment team.

Your day to day role: 

  • Responsibility for the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising, pre-selection, competency based interviewing and assessments.
  • Gathers information in relation to external environment and competitor information.
  • Maintain excellent standards of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Achieving efficiencies in cost and adding value to the business through effective partnership.
  • Involvement in other projects / tasks as required to add value and continually improve the overall process.
  • Accurately record and report on recruitment activities through various reporting tools as required.
  • Regularly meeting with key stakeholders to understand upcoming business requirements.
  • Ensuring ATS is regularly updated for all actions taken in relation to open requirements and candidate actions.
  • Providing timely updates to external stakeholders relating to any candidates received.
  • Actively seek new ways to increase candidate pipelines and communicating these to European Recruitment Marketing Specialist.
  • Proactively support colleagues within the local and wider recruitment teams as and when needed.
  • Support hiring managers with recruitment activities for support roles such as; team managers, quality, training etc.
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPI’s and escalate any issues when needed.
  • Conduct regular reviews of current recruitment and selection processes ensuring process is current and relevant to position.
  • Provide a consolidated overview of recruitment activities for Recruiter and Resourcer data.


Have you got what we’re looking for?

  • A minimum of 12 months experience working within a fast-paced in-house recruitment team as a Recruiter.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communications skills
  • High level of customer focus with at least 6 months previous experience of working in a customer facing environment
  • Knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice recruitment and selection
  • Proven ability to multitask, plan and prioritise workload to ensure targets and deadlines are met
  • Demonstrates resilience and ability to work on own initiative
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-pace, dynamic and changing environment
  • Ability to recognise potential business improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrates experience of working in a team based environment supporting the team in achieving the highest quality standards and takes an active role in generating team morale.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders


Desirable Criteria:

  • Second Language ideal
  • Previous recruiting experience in a similar environment
  • Experience of dealing with clients on a daily basis
  • Previous sales experience
  • Interest in technology


Hours:  Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm, flexibility outside these hours will be required.
