Our success is based on our people, and we now have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Communications Manager to join our Product Management & Marketing team in Belfast.
As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will have 8 direct reports in all, with 2 based in our US office and the rest in Belfast. You’ll be responsible for the management of a highly creative team of Marketing professionals, comprising a Global Events Coordinator, Graphic Designer, Digital Marketing Executive, Front End Website Developer, Lead Generation Specialists, Marketing Support Executive and a Technical Content Author.
As well as managing your team, you will be responsible for meeting lead targets across multiple activities, segments and regions, developing and implementing a global Marcomms strategy, coordinating with the Oxford Instruments group on global branding guidelines, and ensuring consistency of brand across all media – including tradeshows, social media, website and print.
