Job Role

As Marketing Campaign Co-Ordinator, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager, delivering marketing campaigns that stand out from the rest, resonate with busy target audiences, reinforce and enhance the Uform & Kitchens Stori brands and ultimately contribute to new leads and business development opportunities for the company. 

List of Key Responsibilities: (not exhaustive)

  • Devise B2C (business to consumer) and B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
  • Devise internal campaigns to boost employee engagement
  • Work closely with various front facing departments such as Sales, Customer Services and the Business Development Unit and other internal departments such as HR
  • Look after the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies in conjunction with the Marketing Manager; liaise with our internal team of Graphic Designers and external print companies who will help deliver much of the campaign activity
  • Work within a budget and report any overspend to the Marketing Manager
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
  • Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  • In conjunction with the company’s Data Analyst and Marketing Manager:

           Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns

           Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns

  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
  • Keep abreast of current trends in marketing
  • Ensure we are maximising the potential of our campaign communications and seek to amplify the reach of our campaigns by co-coordinating delivery across multiple channels, including direct, social media, PR, events and other channels
  • Cross team collaboration with the Graphic Designers, the Marketing Assistant and the Product Manager
  • Assist with other aspects of the Marketing Department subject to the changing needs of the business and current demands at any specific time eg trade exhibitions 

Essential Criteria:

  • Hold at least 3-5 years’ experience in devising and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Be passionate about marketing and be able to articulate a vision for how marketing and campaigns can contribute to company success
  • Must be highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Possess strong written and verbal communications skills,
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyse and understand data and use it to target selected groups as well as analyse the success or otherwise of campaigns
  • Experience of working with email marketing software
  • Experience of copyrighting for both web and print
  • Excellent team working skills and the ability to work cross departmentally
  • Have a good appreciation of modern marketing techniques and channels.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and demonstrate a creative flair

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience of working with Marketing Automation Software
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience of working with a Content Management System
  • Have an understanding of SEO and its basic principles
  • Experience of digital analytical tools, eg. Google Analytics
  • Hold a CIM qualification and / or be an active member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing


  • Hold an undergraduate qualification in Marketing or other related discipline
  • OR a postgraduate qualification in a Marketing related subject
