No two days are the same for our Manufacturing Engineering team at Terex Dungannon. Our project based work gives our manufacturing engineers the opportunity to think creatively and put their stamp on a process, and we’re looking to add a talented engineer to the team.

Working with the Manufacturing Process Engineering Manager and Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and improvement of existing manufacturing systems, and equipment to maximize safety, deliver on quality, and minimise cost. Working on a complete project basis, you’ll develop ergonomic processes designed around Lean Manufacturing principles including Yamazumi and 5S. Our products are innovative, world class, and continually evolving, so you’ll work on new product introduction, design for manufacture reviews, establishing processes, and production launches. You’ll even have the opportunity to do some jig and fixture design.
The right person for the job will have the ability to work under pressure, self-management skills, and a good commercial acumen gained form experience in a similar manufacturing engineering or process role. A degree in engineering would be helpful, but we’re also open to third level qualified individuals who’ve worked in a similar capacity. Knowledge of Plan for Every Part, 5S or similar lean methodologies is advantageous.
