Excellent opportunity for an Internal Sales Assistant based in Belfast. The primary role is supporting the business manager and sales and warehouse staff to carry out efficiently, their day-to-day tasks.

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00


We are currently seeking an exceptional individual for the role of Internal Sales Assistant. Experience of office duties is essential. Knowledge of the following is highly desirable: Microsoft word and excel, book-keeping, organisational skills.

The primary role of the Internal Sales Assistant is supporting the business manager and sales and warehouse staff to carry out efficiently their day-to-day tasks.

At Entedi we are fully committed to supporting our staff.  We are using some of the latest cloud based technologies for our accounts, stock management, CRM and Sales. There will be training on our software systems where required.  A dedicated desk, pc and phone system will be provided.

Position Requirements

  • Data processing. For example: Purchase orders, quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery notes and packing lists.
  • Respond to internal staff and external customer requests in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Answering telephone calls from customers with a professional etiquette.
  • Organising and documenting of freight/shipping logistics.
  • Stock take/Stock counting.
  • Filing.
  • Be able to operate and navigate a PC computer to intermediate level. Be familiar with and use effectively email and various common Microsoft programs (Word and Excel).
  • Must have experience in an office environment processing and detailed administrative paperwork.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator – by phone and in person.
  • Organized, multitasking, detail oriented, accurate.
  • Monitor and report weekly/monthly on progress against the sales plan
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
