The Northern Regional Council is seeking to recruit the following position:

Information Support Officer (Full time) Salary circa £18,000 – £22,000  per annum

As Information Support Officer you will join a team of other Information Officers in Regional Office to support the Society’s core work of home visitation.  Dealing with telephone calls for assistance from members of the public in a timely manner, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing referral information to our network of approximately 175 local conferences (groups) across Northern Ireland.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have experience of working within a busy information/office environment;
  • Have experience of working with a CRM database;
  • Have both written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Have ability to work well under pressure and be resilient;
  • Have ability to display empathy, patience and maintain confidentiality;
  • Be respectful;
  • Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
