 Job Description

Helpdesk Administrator required for office based in Bleary, Co Armagh.

  • Advantageous to be from an FM background, but not essential.
  • Excellent customer liaison skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with the key client contacts.
  • Good Telephone Manner, tolerance and patience
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Organised and able to prioritise own workload
  • Customer focus orientated.

  • Able to communicate at all levels with good typing skills
