We’re a Global company with local roots and a vision for strengthening our Health and Safety Management to ensure world class results, and we have vacancy for a motivated individual to lead the Group Health, Safety and Environmental function for our group across our sites globally.


Based in Dungannon and reporting to the Group Vice President of  Operations,  this role will be an integral part of a significant group function with responsibility to influence future health, safety and environmental policies, plans and performance in the MP Segment and across all of Terex worldwide locations.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to all MP organizations globally and guidance with primary responsibility for achieving safety and environmental related performance objectives and compliance to all applicable regulatory standards. Overall, the aim of this role is to further streamline and strengthen our HSE management to ensure world-class results by promoting sharing of knowledge, group transparency, HSE professional development and a safety culture. This individual will also be responsible to assure environmental compliance, environmental and process optimization, process hazards mitigation and workplace environmental quality.

We’re looking for a degree educated individual(Health, Safety, Environment, Industrial Hygiene or Engineering is preferred); with a comprehensive knowledge of HSE legislation, guidance and best practice (global/international experience would be highly advantageous) You’ll have a Proven track record in meeting HSE performance objectives, particularly reducing injuries and leadership experience in Environmental, Safety or Operations in manufacturing. In addition, experience in managing multiple facilities in diverse geographies in a group HSE role is essential.

Estimated travel is 40% of your time.
