This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong skills in marketing to join an exciting and expanding business. My Baggage (previously Uni Baggage) is changing the way people move abroad, making it easier for them to take the things they care about with them, whether for a job abroad or to travel or study. We have experienced huge growth of the last few years are looking for someone who wants to make their mark and help grow the business even further in a more disciplined manner. You will have control over the online marketing and will be working with the development team and report to the managing director.

You will be managing a small team in–house marketers across SEO/PPC and Social Marketing and also aiding any external agencies.
You will be working across both the marketing team and the web team in order to create the common goal of growing the business though paid and earned media, refining online processes, working on retention and much more.
You will create growth strategies and develop marketing plans, analyse data across internal and external tools to see trends and sign up/order sources.

2+ Years in Growth Marketing
5+ Years in Digital Marketing
Experience managing a team of 3+
