We are now in a position to offer a 3 month Fixed Term Contract for an Inbound Sales Advisor.

The Role

As an Inbound Customer Sales Advisor, you will work on behalf of the global telecoms giant, Vodafone UK, taking calls from their customers and helping them with any problems or questions they may have. You will have your sales radar switched on and be ready to maximise opportunities to showcase Vodafone products and services.

Essential Experience

  • A background in Customer Sales or Customer Service (minimum 6 months)

What you need?

This is a customer led role, so previous experience of working in a customer service role is ideal. Telephony experience is an advantage, but not essential.

  • Exceptionally customer focused
  • Computer literate and ability to navigate around a computer system
  • Committed to resolving customer queries
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
