Potential to earn additional commission on top of a £19,500 salary (OTE up to £38,000);

About Click Energy

Click Energy are the newest electricity company to the domestic market in NI. Launched in 2015, the company have grown rapidly by providing customers with a ‘No Exit Fees, No Daily Charges, No Fuss’ approach to electricity.

We are currently on the lookout for a number of field sales executives to join our team and help grow our market share throughout Northern Ireland. We pride ourselves on a fully complaint and transparent sales process therefore previous sales experience is not essential as we will train all of our staff fully from the outset.

  • Complete field sales activities to promote Click Energy and register new customers;
  • Resolve a wide range of customer queries and issues;
  • Follow all compliance and consumer protection procedures, as laid out by the company;
  • Promote products & payment plans in line with company procedures;
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve ad-hoc customer queries;
  • Endeavour to gain & retain customers through promoting the features and benefits of the company;
  • Assisting various departments of the Click Energy team in an operational context;
  • Escalating calls as appropriate for resolution.

  • Strong IT skills (you will be working with a mobile device on a day-to-day basis);
  • Access to transport and willing to travel;
  • Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment;
  • Ability to work accurately within set targets and to achieve targets;
  • Open to change including being receptive, creative and open minded.
