The role

Working as part of the Training Team, you will be primarily responsible for developing engaging and cutting-edge digital content, working closely with Subject Matter Experts and the wider business. The post holder will also create and deliver customised IT training, principally MS Office application training, to support business needs.

Essential Criteria

  • Educated to degree level
  • Demonstrable experience of designing and developing e-learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 2
  • Experience of delivering MS Office application training such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Desirable Criteria

(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

  • Formal qualification in a training related discipline and/or IT specific training qualification
  • Previous experience of designing and developing e-learning solutions
