Excellent opportunity for a Despatch Administrator based in Dungannon

Despatch Administrator Maternity Cover (Part Time)

Working as part of our existing despatch team, we require a Despatch Administrator to support, monitor and meet despatch requirements and make a positive contribution to the Company’s future growth. The successful candidate will also be required to work in the despatch bay.

The Role

  • Checking orders are correct prior to despatch
  • Creating/amending/finishing po numbers on AX
  • Printing paperwork for customers
  • E mailing paperwork to customers
  • Signing out trailers to drivers
  • Liaising with hauliers
  • General administration duties
  • Palletising orders
  • Printing paperwork for main office for invoicing
  • Use of spreadsheets

The Person


  • Previous administration experience
  • Previous experience working in a factory environment
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good written and verbal English


  • Experience dealing with customers

This is a Part Time position, operates on a Monday to Friday basis.

All candidates must be flexible and prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.
