* we'll look to you to provide vital support to our Relationship Managers regarding their customer portfolios

What you'll do
you'll be responsible for a full range of support tasks for your allocated teams, and you'll assist a designated team of Relationship Managers (RM) with all brand related and administration related queries associated with their customer portfolio.

Liaising with various other bank departments such as the Corporate Services Support Centre, you'll resolve problems, and actively participate in the on-going training within the RM support team. you'll liaise with solicitors and other external parties, and you'll offer support and service to both customers and RM teams.

You'll also:
* Adhere to SOX controls at all times and have a right first time attitude for tasks
* Conduct fee reviews to be carried out on the Service Charge Review System
* Participate in other activities and projects relating to the RM support unit
* Attend customer meetings when required
* Ensure account openings are compliant and in line with anti money laundering requirements

The skills you'll need
To succeed in this role you'll have relevant experience in the branch network in a similar role, with a broad understanding of banking procedures and practices. you'll have a strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to interact with corporate customers effectively.

* A solid team player with the proven ability to work on your own initiative
* Effective planning and organisational skills, and a track record of achieving objectives within the required timescale
* The ability to work under pressure and deliver an accurate and high quality output
