Job Title: Administrator

***This is a permanent role and it is currently based at 16 Wellington Park Belfast. Value Cabs plan to move into city centre offices June 2020.

Salary: £9.25 per hour (equates to salary of £20,442.50)

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am to 6pm
  • 30-minute lunch

Job Description:

This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team providing high level secretarial support to Director level.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Reporting to Operations Director
  • Maintain and update Taxi Operators Licence
  • Data Inputting
  • General admin tasks including writing letters and memos, email responses, filing, telephone calls and updating databases
  • Liaising with Value Cabs drivers reference keeping their documents up to date on Value Cabs system.

Essential Criteria

  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work using own initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft packages
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A minimum of 2 years office administrative experience within a busy office environment.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels using various methods
