 Job Description

Administration Assistant required within an office refurbishment and fit-out company, ensuring all work is produced in an accurate and timely manner.


Responsibilities

  • General accounts preparation (purchase invoices etc)
  • Using computer systems for data management, Sage Accounts or similar
  • General typing using microsoft word and excel
  • Reception duties
  • Maintaining filing systems and updating databases
  • General administration support

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year’s experience working in administration and within a busy office environment

5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) Grade A-C including English Language and Maths

OCR/RSA Stage II Word Processing (both parts) or equivalent would be advantageous

Candidates must have proficient computer skills.

 

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
