Reference: GRPAP0619

Contract: Fixed Term – 6 months

Reporting to: Accounts Payable & Finance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounts payable queries for Energia Group Businesses
  • Liaise with Energia Group businesses to resolve supplier queries
  • Assist in the completion of supplier statement reconciliations
  • Develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Send out Weekly Data Collection letters
  • Responsible for Expenses & Receipts – E-Cash Attachments
  • Assist with the administration tasks within the Accounts Payable Team
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Dealing with urgent payments in a timely manner

The post will be offered on a Fixed Term Personal Contract basis and will include an attractive benefits package, including a salary to reflect the skills and experience of the successful candidate. The post will be based in our offices at Newforge Lane, Belfast.


Knowledge and Experience:


  • Experience working in a similar role within a busy finance environment
  • Five GCSE’s at Grade C or Level 4 or above including Maths and English
  • Experience of working with Accounts Packages
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, Outlook


  • Experience working with SAP
  • Proficient in Excel including V-Look ups & Pivot Tables
  • Competent in mail merge
