Excellent opportunity for a Warranty Administrator/Coster based in Portadown


There has never been a more exciting time to become part of Prentice BMW who are currently seeking to recruit a Warranty Administrator/Coster for our busy Service Department.

As the Warranty Administrator / Coster you will possess excellent organisational skills, have a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem solving as well as have the capacity to work as part of a team and manage existing professional relationships with our manufacturer.

Working within our Service Department, you will be a central point for warranty administration for the site and possess the ability to control the warranty claims process from start to finish.

In addition, you will also be required to perform the following duties:

  • Cost Jobs.
  • Advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
  • Produce job cards on our in house computer system.
  • Prepare and complete customer invoices.
  • Process warranty claims to manufacturer standards
  • Ensure accurate submission of warranty & goodwill claims on a daily basis.
  • Assist in the monitoring of daily, weekly & monthly warranty reports.
  • Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.

You will have strong technical knowledge, be computer literate and be able to work efficiently under pressure to ensure customer cars are completed within agreed timescales. 

In addition, you will also have:

  • Warranty administration experience gained within a main franchise dealership
  • A friendly but professional manner and able to meet deadlines without compromising on quality of work.
  • Experience on ADP Kerridge Systems.
