Excellent opportunity for a Warranty Administrator/Coster based in Portadown
There has never been a more exciting time to become part of Prentice BMW who are currently seeking to recruit a Warranty Administrator/Coster for our busy Service Department.
As the Warranty Administrator / Coster you will possess excellent organisational skills, have a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem solving as well as have the capacity to work as part of a team and manage existing professional relationships with our manufacturer.
Working within our Service Department, you will be a central point for warranty administration for the site and possess the ability to control the warranty claims process from start to finish.
In addition, you will also be required to perform the following duties:
You will have strong technical knowledge, be computer literate and be able to work efficiently under pressure to ensure customer cars are completed within agreed timescales.
