Excellent opportunity for a Transport Administrator based in Moira

Allen Logistics NI Ltd is a Family Owned Warehousing and Logistics Company which has been in business for more than 50 years.  Situated in rural surroundings close to the M1 motorway at Moira.

What the role involves

  • General Data input on various transport systems.
  • Communicaton with other Network Members.
  • Ensuring strict customer KPI’s are achieved.
  • Keeping Customer Services staff updated on changes and delays.
  • Communication with Line Manager on a daily basis.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Experience in a busy Transport / Traffic office environment. (Prefered but not essential)
  • High standard of oral literacy and excellent communication skills.
  • Good general working knowledge of IT Systems including Traffic Management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be able to adhere to a flexible working pattern
  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Pallet Network experience. (Prefered but not essential)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport and manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
