Team Leader, Conlig & Newtownards. £9.50/£9.65 per hour, £19,266/£19,581 per annum pro rata – Unqualified Rate / £10.79/£10.94 – £12.36/£12.51 per hour, £21,885/£22,200 – £25,065/£25,380 per annum pro rata – Qualified Rate


We have a long standing reputation for excellence with a high demand for services and as part of this the organisation is currently going through an exciting time of change and growth. We have plans to double our size within the next 3 years and expand our geographical locations and service provision. Full Time/Part Time/Relief

£9.50/£9.65 per hour, £19,266/£19,581* per annum pro rata – Unqualified Rate

£10.79/£10.94 – £12.36/£12.51 per hour, £21,885/£22,200* – £25,065/£25,380* per annum pro rata – Qualified Rate






Note: Higher rates include a lead payment of £315 per annum pro rata. Rate based on the desirable criteria listed on the Job Description. Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
