What we are looking for
We are seeking to recruit a Talent & Engagement Specialist to join the HR team in our Belfast Office.
Total Systems Services (commonly referred to as TSYS) is a US credit card processor, merchant acquirer and bank credit card issuer. TSYS provides payment services to the financial and nonfinancial institutions in the US, Europe, Canada, Mexico and internationally. It operates through for segments; North America Services, International Services, Merchant Services and Netspend. TSYS has their HQ in Columbus, Georgia, United States.
Reporting to the HR Director, the Talent & Engagement Specialist (TES) will play an integral role in the recruitment, sourcing and overall employee lifecycle at TSYS.

They will also be responsible for driving growth, particularly in the Technology Dept, helping source the best candidates for our roles, promoting our brand through networking and events and ensuring effective engagement and retention of Team Members.
Let’s make this simple.
We want to attract the best talent around to join us and stay with us, and we expect this person to be an integral part of that.
We firmly believe in the power of team-work and collaboration and we don’t stand on ceremony or do airs and graces, so the TES will need to be a positive influencer: able to integrate at all levels, communicate effectively and be happy to assist in whatever way they can towards the success of the business.
We are looking for someone who can make a difference. This is a varied and exciting role and we expect this person to come in and make it their own!
And lastly: having a positive attitude, good sense of humour and a sense of perspective will help you fit right in!
We don’t believe in putting ourselves into neat little boxes, doing the same thing day in day out. We prefer people who are creative and self-motivated: able to adapt and take on new challenges as they arise.
While the following represents an outline of the key duties and responsibilities associated with the position the role will, by its very nature, be varied and diverse.
