SENIOR HR OFFICER – AGRICULTURE NI

Based in Dungannon and supporting various Agri NI sites  

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the position of Senior HR Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day running of the HR department and providing professional advice in all HR policies and procedures including employee relations, recruitment, absence management.  An important element of this role will be to support the HR Business Partner with the delivery of department KPI’s and strategic initiatives.  

The successful candidate will have HR Generalist experience and be able to demonstrate expertise within manufacturing and possess the ability to tackle a variety of challenges within our fast-moving business. You will be a self-starter, highly driven to deliver ‘best in class’ HR support, an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently with all levels.   

CIPD qualified or equivalent with previous experience working and providing HR support and experience managing a HR function is desirable. Computer literate, you will be competent in the use of MS Office applications such as word, excel and outlook and familiar with HR databases. Frequent travel to other sites across our group will be required; therefore a driving license and the flexibility to travel are essential.
