Performance Alloys is now recruiting a talented, passionate and motivated Sales Executive to join the sales team in our Antrim HQ.

You will be a key driving force behind the success of the company and will demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism, plus a proven track record of consumer sales and managing relationships with your customers.

We focus on understanding our customers so we can provide them with the right offers at the right time, show them the products that they want the most and offer a helpful, friendly experience that is easy and enjoyable.

Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results orientated and will possess the drive and determination to deliver first-class customer service in a rapidly upscaling and competitive environment.

You will be working as part of a friendly team and will have the opportunity to work with exciting products and a world-class leading e-commerce website. A keen knowledge of all things automotive will be hugely beneficial, however full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fielding inbound calls and enquiries from customers via telephone as part of a busy sales team
  • Processing orders and queries via telephone, online, email and social media
  • Taking payments and creating invoices for both our customers and our accounts team
  • Resolving customer queries and issues quickly in a calm, effective and proficient manner
  • Creating and nurturing new business opportunities to drive sales and generate new streams of revenue wherever the opportunity presents itself
  • Liaising with our extensive supplier base to place orders, check stock levels and confirm product details
  • Liaising with delivery and courier companies to ensure prompt dispatch of orders
  • General office-based responsibilities

Key Skills And Experience:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a sales-related position
  • Educated to A-level or higher, including GCSE Maths and English
  • A confident and professional telephone manner, plus the ability to empathise with and understand customer needs
  • Proven track record of sales and exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • The ability to deal with multiple developing scenarios in sync as part of a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload effectively
  • Flexibility, decisiveness, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet with excellent mathematical and planning skills
  • Full competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Salary & Job Information:

A working knowledge of cars, wheels, tyres and vehicle accessories along with a passion for all things automotive would be advantageous, as would experience working with the Magento e-commerce platform and a strong working knowledge of current social media trends.

The successful Sales Executive will enjoy a competitive salary, plus uncapped commission.

This is a full-time role based in our head office in Antrim. Successful candidates will also benefit from perks including flexible working hours and free on-site parking.
