Property People North Belfast Office are seeking an experienced receptionist for our busy office. Taking ownership of the front office you will undertake a leading and well varied role within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience within a busy reception role. Have excellent organisational skills and have the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The candidate must have experience within a fast paced reception desk, working under pressure and prioritising your own workload. A Fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation in the Estate Agency Business.

  • Provide a professional front of house service, meeting & greeting clients, answering calls and providing a high level of customer service.
  • Diary management for Lettings/Sales Manager & Office
  • General administrative support – filing, photocopying, data entry, issuing letters and managing post.
  • Making appointments and issuing information packs for all move in properties.

Requirements:-

  • 3 GCSE’s Grade A-C, to include Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years administration/reception experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Personable attitude
  • Driving Licence Required
  • Word/Excel – Processing/Computer
