As Receptionist at Kainos, you will work hand in hand with the wider facilities team to deliver aspects of facilities operations and best in class facilities services which support the core business.

As Receptionist at Kainos, you will work hand in hand with the wider facilities team to deliver aspects of facilities operations and best in class facilities services which support the core business. You will ensure that best practices are followed, and that the most suitable working environment is attained for employees.

 

Job Description

 

This role has a broad range of responsibilities. Specific areas of responsibility include:

 

  • Front of House reception services
  • Administration Support, including but not exclusive to, couriers, processing requests for off-site meeting rooms
  • Facilities Services including hospitality, building and grounds maintenance, cleaning, catering, & security) ensuring adherence to company standards and processes and Departmental SLA.
  • Liaising with staff at all levels
  • Monitor and respond to team email address
  • Raise purchase orders, credit cards, in line with process
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives across the facilities team to develop best in class services
  • Participates in Facilities projects across the wider in-house team
  • Participates in knowledge sharing activities across the team and at a wider capability level and externally where appropriate
  • Act as an internally facing representative of Kainos and our Facilities team, being an ambassador for the brand both internally and externally.
  • May require travel to office sites

 

 

Minimum (essential) requirements:

  • 1 years’ experience in similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to simply and clearly communicate facilities information and processes in conversation, documentation and presentations
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision
  • A positive can-do attitude towards the challenges facing the team
