PLANNED ASSET MANAGER
based at Head Office, Belfast
37 hours per week (flexi)
Salary: £38,991.76 – £44,596.98 per annum (+ parking)

A bit about the role
We’re looking for an experienced professional who’s a great all-rounder — someone who works to high standards and who’s ready to make a real difference to the team. Whatever it is you’re doing, you’ll be hands on, supremely organised and will thrive on juggling priorities. As Planned Asset Manager you will develop strategies for value asset investment, ensure statutory compliance and deliver our planned works programme. You will offer a comprehensive, cost effective and customer focussed planned maintenance service. You will also manage and motivate a team of staff so you will be a confident people manager who has the ability to initiate change.
