Excellent opportunity for a MTech Shared Services Administrator based in Dungannon

Based in Craigavon and reporting to the MTech Shared Services Team Lead, you will review and update master data requests on the MTech IT system using the data in approved change requests and in line with work instructions/standard operating practices.

You will also validate purchase order requests and release for approval as well as creating sales orders on the MTech system in line with work instructions/standard operating practices.

The successful candidate will examine exceptions in purchasing records/invoices and  liaise with relevant personnel to resolves outstanding invoice/delivery queries therefore the ability to communicate with internal and external customers and suppliers is essential. You must possess GCSE Grade C Maths & English or equivalent, demonstrate administration experience and be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel.

Experience working within the agriculture sector and previous ERP/database experience is desirable.
