The successful candidates can enjoy immediate access to a client bank in excess of 40,000 with many of these clients never having had their mortgage reviewed under the Precise Protect umbrella. In addition to this you will be expected to service thousands of new customers each year, reviewing both their mortgage and protection insurance needs.


JOB TITLE: Mortgage Administrator/Paraplanner (Full- time)

LOCATION: Office based position at our Head Office, Bangor, Co Down, Northern Ireland


  • Provide all clients with expert and professional mortgage and protection advice, finding the best solutions for their needs
  • Submitting mortgage and life insurance applications
  • Liasing with lenders to ensure that mortgages are in place within the required timescale
  • Progressing mortgage/ protection applications to completion
  • Maintaining accurate client records in line with compliance procedures
  • Regularly updating clients with progress on their application
  • Producing suitability reports for both mortgage and life insurance
  • Ensure you operate in a fully compliant manner in line with FCA regulations
  • Build long standing relationships with clients



  • Fully CeMAP qualified
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with a mortgage related background including experience in an advisory or paraplanner role
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the mortgage and protection market
  • Target driven and results orientated
  • High standards of professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail


  • Basic salary of £22,000-25,000(dependent upon experience) + commissions and bonuses (OTE £50,000-£100,000)
