Lead Generation Executive required for Northern Ireland’s Leading online e-recruitment business based in Belfast.
The successful candidate will come directly from a Lead Generation/ Administrative position and will be computer literate with strong organisational skills.
- Process incoming leads from a variety of sources to ensure they reach sales team within agreed timeframes
- Carry out checks to ensure leads are processed correctly by sales teams
- Update existing company records in CRM system
- Input and maintain CRM system with prospect updates
- Identify new lead sources
- Research online resources to discover which companies are growing and identify new companies that require our services
- You will gain and maintain a full understanding of online recruitment, competitive sites and market conditions.
- Experience in a lead generation/administrative role
- Able to prioritise a busy workload
- Knowledge of CRM systems for lead and contact management
- Able to adapt to new processes and technology
- Strong communication skills – ability to work in a team environment to meet tight deadlines
