IT – Team Leader

With the recent expansion of IT and the development of new web-based applications we are now recruiting for a Team Leader.   You will be involved in developing new software packages, writing diagnostic programs, designing and writing code for operating systems and associated software to ensure efficiency. You will maintain and enhance current products by observing, testing, diagnosing and fixing faults in the software. You will be responsible for planning, directing, managing and overseeing your team including all activities and operations, employees and facilities.  Websites supported are,,,  Positions will be based in our Coleraine and Belfast offices.

Essential Criteria

  • Min 2:2 Honours degree in a Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4 Years’ Experience in a similar programming role
  • Experience managing a team of staff
  • Experience with programming languages such as ASP.NET, VB.NET, C, C#, Java
  • Database systems experience with SQL Server, Oracle
  • Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple IT disciplines such as software development & technical support, and a broad knowledge of methods, applications and operating systems.
  • Awareness of PC Security Issues
