Vodafone Inbound Customer Service Advisor
As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be working on behalf of the global telecoms giant, Vodafone, talking to customers and maximising opportunities to showcase their products and services. Making great experiences happen for customers is your top priority, which means you’ll do whatever it takes to make sure each customer gets the top-notch service they deserve, every time

You will be taking calls from existing Vodafone customers and helping them with any problems or questions they may have about their mobile phone contract. You will have your customer service and sales radar switched on and be ready to maximise opportunities to showcase Vodafone products and services. Rotational shifts 8-9pm Mon – Sun
What you need?
This is a customer led role, so previous experience of working in a customer service role is ideal. Telephony experience is an advantage, but not essential.
