We are delighted to announce we are recruiting inbound customer service advisors immediate start!
Come and join our dynamic team working on behalf of mobile network giant EE! Working on behalf of one of the biggest mobile networks you will be answering calls from new and existing customers and dealing with any questions, queries or requests they have. No outbound calling involved and no sales targets!
We currently offer 40-hour per week contracts, which requires working on a shift rota between 8am – 9pm (Mon-Fri) and 8am – 8pm (Sat-Sun). Please note, we are looking for flexibility! You will get paid fortnightly and have the opportunity to earn bonus which is paid monthly! Why wait to apply?
What you will need…
Ideally, you will have 6 months customer service experience (either paid, voluntary or a mix of both). If you feel that you have a pleasant phone manner, excellent communication skills and that you are up to the challenge then we want to hear from you! Do not worry if you have no worked in this environment before, we have a fully dedicated training team onsite who will make your journey both enjoyable and informative before going live!
