A bit about the role

There is a real opportunity for the right HR person to help shape the Clanmil offer to our people. This is an operational role which will include all the core HR areas such as recruitment & selection, employee relations & wellbeing, performance & talent management, equality, building culture and more.

You will act as the first point of contact to advise and guide line managers around HR practice, policy and procedure in a generalist HR role. Together with the HR team, you will implement and drive the people agenda in the business through the relevant people solutions and policies.

A bit about you

We are seeking a strong candidate who is passionate about working with people. You are able to provide sound, pragmatic advice and support in all areas of HR with experience in the areas of employee relations and equality legislation. If you are confident, a strong communicator, keen to bring forward new ideas and have strong computer literacy skills, this could be what you are looking for and we would love to hear from you!

You will be qualified to CIPD level 5 or above and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working at HR Business Partner/ HR Officer level in a generalist role. However, we would still like to hear from you if you are part qualified and have 5 years’ experience at this level. Having knowledge of working in the housing sector is desirable but not essential.
