Mary is looking for someone with the above qualities to assist her to live the life she wants by undertaking the following position:
Female* Support Workers
Full time and part time contracts available
Varied shift patterns
£9 per hour
* Being a Female is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with Article 10(2)(b)(i) of the Sex Discrimination (NI) Order 1976 (as amended)
What Mary needs you to do
Assist her to cook, clean, make new friends and pull the curtains at night
Support her with seizures, personal care and managing money
Ensure her daily routine is consistently adhered to as she loves routine
What Mary needs you to have
6 months’ experience (paid or unpaid) providing care or support for someone
A positive attitude about the people we support
A full driving licence and access to a car insured for business purposes* to transport people supported AND A full valid driving licence in order to meet the requirement to drive Motability cars as Mary is looking to get her own car in the future*
* (This criteria is waived for candidates unable to meet it due to disability.)
