The Donnelly Group Accident Aftercare is growing! The Programme was first introduce to the Group in July 2018 and has now established its own brand. The department provides an integral function to the effective running of our claims business. We require an individual that can display strong organisational skills, attention to detail and portray accuracy in their workmanship. This is a new and exciting role within the Company. A starting point for a successful career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To help and support management with the daily running of the Donnelly Accident Aftercare Programme.
  • Updating customers cases on a regular basis
  • Liaise with customers and follow up on completion of service
  • Coordinate with our assigned Body Shops
  • Manage Cheque Ledger
  • Answer phones internally and externally

General Duties:

  • To ensure that all communication written or verbal, internally and externally is a standard of DAA.
  • Manage to work as part of a team
  • Manage to work independent and proactive
  • To deliver a professional service.

Essential skills

  • To be able to adapt and take on new skills and ideas.
  • To be able to use/learn to use in-house computer systems.
  • To be highly organized and able to prioritise work when under pressure.
