Starting package of £18,395
Starting salary of £16,695, which could rise to £17,574 after 12 months, subject to successful performance. In addition, you would receive a £500 Flexible Benefits Allowance. You would also be eligible for an annual performance-related bonus of circa. £1,200, which is discretionary, non-guaranteed and dependent on company and individual performance.
Please note for part-time roles, your salary, bonus and benefits will be prorated down to reflect your working hours.

As a Digital Banking Advisor, you’ll be the first point of telephone contact for our customers. You will be supporting and answering any questions on our range of digital products – from online banking to Apple Pay. As a Digital Banking Advisor, your key skills and competencies will include:
We’re recruiting weekend part-time evening roles at 20 hours per week with two different shift options:
The working hours will be 20 hours across Monday – Thursday 16:45 – 20:00 & Sunday 10:00 to 18:00.
The working hours will be 20 hours across Tuesday – Friday 16:45 – 20:00 & Saturday 10:00 to 18:00.
You’ll be working in our Belfast office just across from Central Train Station, or a minute from all major bus routes, with the city centre at a five-minute walk.
