As a Customer Service Advisor in our award-winning Derry/Londonderry Contact Centre, you`ll chat to customers and do everything you can to ensure they remain valued Sky customers. You will be accountable for the timely and accurate resolution of customers’ queries as the first point of contact, whilst also looking for additional opportunities which would enhance their Sky experience.
