What you’ll be doing

  • Processing transactions and customer information efficiently, accurately and within required timescales and standards and in line with performance targets.
  • Providing internal colleagues and external customers with a high quality service.
  • Receiving calls from and make outgoing calls to customers in relation to some of the more complex customer queries and issues.

What qualifications will you need?

We need you to have

6 GCSEs, Grade C or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent) What experience should you have?

We need you to have

  • Experience of working in an administrative role which involved following complex processing tasks
  • Experience of processing administrative tasks in line with internal policies and controls
  • Experience of working in a customer centric team which puts the customer first
  • PC skills, which include being proficient in Microsoft Word and familiar with Microsoft Excel
