Insurances Claims Administrator – 9 Month Contract

Over 300 years ago, in 1706, the original Sun Insurance company was established by Charles Povey. He wanted to do good for families who had lost everything in the great fire of London. Over the next three centuries, it became the global company we know today…RSA.
Today`s world might be very different: but that same dream to change things for the better is alive and well. The success and strength of our business lies in our people.
We care about what we do and how we do it and recognise that our people`s creativity is the key to making things happen.

Excellent career opportunity for an experienced claims administrator to join our busy Belfast office for a 9 Month Contract.

This role involves providing a wide range of administrative and support services within the Motor Claims team for a 9 Month Contact. You will spend the majority of your time providing administrative support, collecting information, producing documents, managing filing and administrative systems, and supporting assigned staff.

You will work in a team environment, liaising with and meeting the needs of internal customers.
You will have good business and operational administration skills and experience, claims knowledge is desirable but not essential.
Common sense, willingness to work as part of a team and having a can-do attitude will go a long way to securing the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completion of all administrative activities on time, and in full
  • Delivery of timely, clear and appropriate information
  • Appropriate response to queries/issues
  • Operational Efficiency
  • Feedback from customers and colleagues
  • Personal contribution to team productivity

  • Based in Belfast
  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard, preferably A Level
  • Experience of administrative environments.
  • Experience of organising/co-coordinating work.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
